What is a home watch service? +

A home watch service provides scheduled visual inspections of a vacant or seasonal home while the owner is away. The goal is to identify visible issues early and provide the homeowner with a report after each visit.

Do you provide home watch services in PGA West? +

Yes. We provide home watch and property concierge services in La Quinta, including PGA West, Palo Verde, The Citrus, Andalusia, Hideaway, and nearby communities.

Are you a property management company? +

No. We do not manage rentals, collect rent, or handle tenant placement. We focus on home watch, seasonal homeowner support, vendor access, and property concierge services.

Do you send photos after each visit? +

Yes. Every scheduled home watch visit includes a same-day photo report.

Can you meet vendors when I am away? +

Yes. We can coordinate access for approved vendors and provide on-site supervision depending on your service plan or as an à la carte service.

Do you handle emergencies? +

We are not an emergency response service, but if we identify an urgent concern during a visit, we notify you promptly and help coordinate next steps with approved vendors or service providers.

Do you provide services while I am away for the summer? +

Yes. Our services are designed for seasonal homeowners who leave La Quinta during the hotter months.

Do you offer one-time home checks? +

Yes, depending on availability. We offer additional or seasonal visits as à la carte services.
