A home watch service provides scheduled visual inspections of your vacant or seasonally occupied home while you're away. The goal is simple: identify visible issues early, before they become expensive problems, and give you documented peace of mind after every visit.
We inspect accessible interior and exterior areas of your home on your chosen schedule — twice monthly, weekly, or as part of our Concierge plan. After every visit, you receive a same-day photo report documenting what we found, what we checked, and anything that needs your attention.
Interior walkthrough of all accessible rooms

After every visit, you receive a structured photo report covering each area we inspected. If we identify something that needs attention — a dripping faucet, an HVAC issue, evidence of pest activity — we flag it clearly with photos and recommended next steps. If everything looks good, we tell you that too.
You'll never wonder what we actually checked or whether we actually showed up. Every report is timestamped, photo-documented, and delivered the same day as the visit.
Important to know: Home watch is a visual inspection service. We observe accessible areas for obvious conditions. We are not licensed home inspectors, contractors, plumbers, electricians, or emergency responders. When we identify an issue, we notify you and help coordinate with qualified vendors.
