Know the Difference

Home Watch vs.
Property Management.

They sound similar. They serve very different purposes. Here's what you need to know.

We get this question often — and it's a good one. The terms are sometimes used interchangeably, but home watch and property management are fundamentally different services serving fundamentally different needs.

If you're a seasonal homeowner who uses your La Quinta property for personal enjoyment and wants someone keeping an eye on it while you're away, home watch is what you need. If you're renting your property to tenants and need someone to manage that relationship, that's property management — and that's not what we do.
