Coordinating repairs and services while you're away doesn't have to be stressful. We handle the scheduling, the communication, and the on-site supervision.
One of the biggest challenges of owning a seasonal home is dealing with contractors and service providers when you're not there. Who lets them in? Who makes sure they do what they said they'd do? Who checks the work when they're done?
We can help with that. The level of coordination we provide depends on your needs and your plan — some clients want us to handle all communication, others just need us to be there when the vendor shows up. We work it out together so you get exactly what makes sense for your situation.
We can help coordinate with your vendors — scheduling appointments, relaying your instructions, and keeping you updated. How much we handle depends on what works best for you — some clients want us in the middle of every conversation, others prefer we step in only when needed.
We can be there when your vendor arrives — providing access, observing the work, and noting what was done. The level of supervision we provide is something we discuss with each client based on the job and their comfort level.
After a vendor visit we've supported, we can provide a summary of what was done, any observations from the visit, and photos when relevant — so you stay informed about what's happening at your home.
We work with whoever you've approved — we don't replace your vendors or push you toward specific providers. If you need a referral, we're happy to share who we've seen working well in the community.

The Watch
Vendor coordination support (scheduling & communication) included. On-site access available as à la carte add-on. Scope of coordination determined per client.
The Guardian
Vendor coordination support included + 1 on-site vendor visit per month (up to 2 hrs, 48hr notice required). Level of involvement agreed with client.
The Concierge
Vendor coordination support included + 2 on-site vendor visits per month (up to 2 hrs each, 48hr notice required). Scope tailored to client needs.
