La Quinta's seasonal homeowners follow a rhythm — arriving in the fall, enjoying the winter and spring, and heading home as the summer heat sets in. It's a beautiful way to live. But it creates real challenges for your property during the months you're away.
We've built our services specifically around that rhythm — the departure in spring, the months of desert summer, and the return in fall.
Pre-Departure Walkthrough
Before you leave, we walk through your home together — confirming HVAC settings, water shutoffs, thermostat programming, security, and anything else that needs attention. Leave with total confidence that your home is prepared for summer.
Regular Inspections Through the Heat
Desert summers are hard on homes. 115° heat, monsoon moisture, dust storms, and months without human presence create real risks. We inspect on your chosen schedule and notify you immediately if anything needs attention.
Weather Event Checks
After significant wind, dust, or rain events, we conduct an additional check of your property to assess any visible impact and coordinate response if needed. Included in Guardian and Concierge plans.
Welcome Home Setup
We prepare your home for your return — climate-controlled, aired out, lights on, and groceries stocked if you'd like. Your first moments back should feel like coming home.
Vehicle Start & Idle
Vehicles left for extended periods need periodic starting to protect the battery, seals, and engine. We start and idle your vehicle on schedule and note any obvious concerns.
Seasonal Reservation
Concierge clients can reserve priority service access for the following season — so you're not competing with new clients when you return in the fall.
