La Quinta Property Concierge LLC is a home watch and property concierge service owned and operated by Jeff & Kathy Minnerly, based in Palo Verde, La Quinta, CA 92253. We provide scheduled property inspections, vendor coordination, and related concierge services to seasonal and second-home owners in La Quinta and surrounding communities.

Property Access & Sensitive Information

We take the security of your property access credentials seriously. Gate codes, alarm codes, key information, and lockbox combinations are stored securely and are never shared with any third party without your express written authorization, except as necessary to coordinate vendor access you have approved.

Access credentials are deleted from our records upon termination of your service agreement.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of our SMS communications, such as messaging platforms and telecommunications providers.
